Business Hotel — Lamborghini Concept
Precision on a coastal edge.
A studio brief to translate a performance brand into architecture — reading precision, movement and material refinement as spatial qualities rather than surface styling.
A narrow band of ground between a tourist road and the sea. The question was less about styling a brand and more about the sequence a guest moves through — from street, into shadow, out toward the water.
A single legible volume with a perforated metal envelope that filters light and view rather than performing as decoration. Circulation compresses at arrival and opens toward the shore.

Karagol Bolgesi Street, Famagusta — a coastal edge on a historic tourism corridor with direct beach access. The site holds a hospitality program on a narrow band between road and shore.
The brand is read for what it might mean architecturally: proportion, controlled movement, refined material, generous privacy. The building is shaped as a single legible volume with a perforated metal envelope that controls light and view rather than performing as decoration.
